I'm Ileana. I'm AuDHD too.

I've lived this from the inside.

I'm not here to "fix" you, because there's nothing wrong with you. I understand the internal experience of an AuDHD mind because I live it — and I know how exhausting it is to mask, over-function, and constantly feel like you're falling short.

My own journey with emotional dysregulation gives me real empathy for the overwhelm and the RSD. And using NLP frameworks, I help you turn that hard-won self-awareness into practical, doable strategies — built around structure, energy, and self-compassion.
